WE MAINTAIN A NO-REFUND POLICY IN THIS WEBSITE.


Our return & refund policy dictates that our items for sale, fall into the Copyable Goods category. It has been noticed in various websites worldwide, that sometimes a customer will buy a textbook, a CD, or even a software program, copy it in their computer or photocopy it, and then return the item for a refund. Thus, in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent intentions and honour our sincere buyers, we have to follow this common practice of having a no-refund policy on copyable goods.

 

Please, make sure that you are completely certain that you want to buy the item(s) sold by us. We apologise in advance for this, but if you are not certain that you won’t return the item, please, DO NOT buy the item.

Goods that we will not refund, have some of the following characteristics:

  • Goods that upon reading them, playing them with a musical instrument or listening to them using media players, the buyer disaproves of what she/he experiences.
  • Sheet-music printed books
  • Written advice (printed or digital)
  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Software
  • Magazines (physical or digital)
  • Newsletters
  • Blog posts
  • MP3s /Mp4’s / Wave files/ and generally all types of media files sold in this website
  • All perishable goods

Our printed or digital books, like numerous books globally, include errata sheets: We may not refund or accept books back, explicitly because they have errata sheets accompanying them.

 

Exchanges
However, take heart, it’s not all that gloomy, after all! We do replace items.

We only replace items if they are missing pages, are damaged, or show obvious signs of previous use. We are extremely confident that none of those circumstances can happen before an item leaves our depository.

If any of the above conditions ever occurs however, we will exchange your purchased item for the same item. Remember, that we will not refund the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, to further compensate you, we will refund your shipping costs after you scan and email the post receipt to us. We will refund your shipping costs by PayPal. Please, allow 5 days to receive your refund of shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We may not refund more than one item of the same type.

No part of our items for sale may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form and by any means, without written permission from the copyright holder of the item.
